Good morning everyone, i have 1.85 and 100 kg and i would like to know what is the ideal size for my skateboard and referring to the thickness, how should it be, softer and harder? Does anyone use a conventional adapted skateboard shape?

It should be thick enough so it doesn't break with maybe a slight bit of flex depending on the material. The material is what matters, not the thickness. some go as light as possible, others go stiff.

But regarding the length, would 1 meter be enough?

Longer boards are better for beginners my first was 1.05m long and once I got used to kiting I changed to a .9m long board and was easier to turn

Yesterday I managed to reach another breakthrough on my board. The wheels were printed on the 3D printer and for shape I used a very hard wood that ended up cracking in a small jump that I stopped. The weight was 5.800g. I will soon have a more suitable board, but for now this will be my option for my NASA 4m kite.

you should really get a proper mountain board... its cheaper than doing your own r&d or a hospital trip... speaking from experience

I know this would be the best, but really here where I am is not so easy and the situation of the dollar value in my country does not help, worth 6x the value of my money here. At least the trucks are suitable for mountaimboard but the company that used to manufacture has stopped manufacturing and today is only selling what was left in stock, the wheels are very firm and very resistant. At the moment my biggest difficulty is the board, but I'm looking for something appropriate.

You could always go with a premade top mount longboard and add risers or wedges to the trucks for better clearance and carving.

If you go homemade do it with plywood with enough layers.
You want it to be flexible and not stiff. Try to keep costs low a second hand long skateboard.
