Borrow a 2m?

Hey Gang,... not sure it will pan out, but my oldest daughter expressed an interest in learning how to buggy (which she has said before) but all I have that is smaller than my 6m Peak is a small 2 line stunt foil.

just wondering if anyone might be willing to let me borrow a small trainer kite in the 2m range to teach her a bit after she has flown the 2 line enough that I think she is ready, ...all of course if she actually ends up being interested in following through.

Edit: to clarify, I am looking for something to borrow for a day or so that is a trainer for her to use at JIBE that is either 3 or 4 lines with actual power.

I've got a Symphony 2.2 and 1.8 both 2 line. I also have some NPW's of various sizes that would work 2 line. I also have an HQ Rush 200 (kite only) I'd be happy to donate. We could get together at JIBE if I don't see you before then.

Thanks Randy!,... I have the 2.2m Symphony, but even though she's only 11, I don't think it would generate the power necessary to move the buggy... maaaaaybe but its doubtful. The Rush 200 sounds like a good possibility though if we can find some lines and such for it. Lets meet up at JIBE!

The 2M sounds about right.

My daughter who is a tall, lanky 10 Year old used to fly our symphony 2.2. Now she flies the HQ Alpha 1.5, which is only slightly larger. That works okay for her when she's flying static. The alpha 2.5 is too much for her to fly static. When she has attempted the buggy the 1.5 isn't quite enough to keep her going and if she is lucky she'll get a little power boost through the power window and then comes to a stop and usually has problems getting very far. I worry that depending on the wind, the 2.5 might be too much.

I've got a 1.9 NPW which I have used with my buggy on some pretty windy days, so if the Rush 200 doesn't work, (and the winds aren't really strong) that would be an option. I also have a few other possibilities.

Sounds great guys, thanks... sounds like there are some options. She may get down to the beach and decide she just wants to play with her sisters instead, so it may be a non issue... not to mention that the smaller of my 2 buggies might still be too big for her ... we'll just see what happens.

Thanks
