I have a vacation planned to Eastville, VA and am wondering if anyone knows of any good spots for kite buggy.

Try the beaches at Kiptopeke about 20 minutes away. It's a state park so there is an entry/parking fee. I'd double check at the ranger station about
the buggy. There is nothing on the plaques about kiting (last time I checked), but you know how that goes sometimes. Flew static there 2 summers ago.
SW -SSW wind and you will be rockin'.
Let us know if it was a go!

Google MAPS show it to be almost 30 min ride from were I'm staying so this is very easy to do. I will post again if buggying is allowed.
