JIBE...NOT!!!
Well, first we were a half hour late getting started.
Then, the straps holding the spare tire and loading ramps on the car dolly broke, and I had to walk a mile and a half back down I-95 to get them.
Then, about 5 miles down the road, the LR tire on our Prius grenades.
Enough. I called and cancelled the campground.
Hope it goes better for the rest of you.

Estimate of repairs to the Prius just came in.
$3667.11.
They say I must have run over something on the road which caused this.
I can't believe all the stuff they're replacing on the car. Everything from the tire and wheel up to a rear quarter WINDOW!
Glad the event turned out well for those who could make it. I've watched some of the videos and it looked like it would have been fun.
Maybe next year.

Thanks,Mougl.
The insurance company called.since the car only had just over 2K miles, they're approving the repair.
It's at Toyota of Melbourne, where we bought it.

Yup, no physical injuries, just lost opportunities and some finances.
Here's a plug for Angus: this morning Paypal let me know Angus refunded all of my registration and extra shirt fees!
Nice to know there is a hobby, sport or whatever you call this with some good people.
As for next year, I've had enough birthdays so that the remaining high physical activity ones to come are starting to have a declining number.
No chance of leaving all this gear to my kids and grand kids. They think it's the height of physical effort to go to the door and pay the pizza guy!
