No, it is not the replacement for the AlaSCa. The replacement for the AlaSCa is the AlaSca 2, which they announced last month.
It could be either NaSCa 2 or an Oscar, you would have be pretty close to tell from the graphics. Differences between 11m are A/R 5.2, 35 cells,
and 6.2 and 39 cells. Both are made from Porcher paraglider fabric and have pretty much the same wind range 3-8-15 m/s. They say the Oscar requires
more experience
The only things I know for sure about the video are: the film maker is well know the paragliding community (635 videos); it looks like he is having
fun; and at 9 minutes he says something important.
