Pansh flux 5.0 + diy "turbo" bar

Hi there!

I bought a flux 5.0 m2, and made a copy of the ozone turba bar. Wooden bar, 3 pulleys, wasn't difficult to make.
In a fairly static wind, which was around 5-6 m/s, it was really nice to fly, and snowboarding was quite easy with this setup.
Only problem is that I tend to pull the bar in while boarding, which hits the brakes on the kite.. I just need to learn not to do it :)

Then I was flying in a bit harder and very gusty wind, and was really having hard time keeping it in the air.
Kite would fly to zenith, then maybe overfly a bit and suddenly deflate.. or simply deflate and bowtie from a gust..

How do you maneuver a kite in a gusty wind? Or is this just something that I shouldn't even try with this kind of kite?

Any other tips on the setup? I'll try to get pictures of the homemade bar soon.

One of 2 things ?

Your bar needs set up ? I am not familiar with Turbo bars.

Slow the kite or turn it before it hits the edge.

I have a feeling you will get better performance with handles and a strop ?
