spots for kiteskating on the east cost

Hello, my name is pierre Laplante and I started kite skating this summer.
I am from Montréal and I would like to get some info on the beaches where people are
going to buggy or kiteskate on the east cost. It is winter now here and I would like to contact people from Maine
New Jersey or any other state on the east coast that can provide me with info on places I
can go during winter time for kiteskating. Some one told me about good skaters
named Brian Vanderslice, John Smith, Lee Sedgewick
and Bob Hanson and if they can answer me to contact clubs and organizations linked to kiteskating on the east coast
I will appreciate it as I want to visit east cost Of U.S.A. this winter to continue practicing kiteskating
