Amsteel 3/16 strop line

Does anybody run the 3/16 amsteel for their strop?If so what pulley did you use? Or is 3/16 too small(I know it's plenty strong)

I like it a bit heavier than that. The small diameter can miss the pulley and get wedged in between the pulley and frame on a spreader bar pulley. Strength is not the issue though if you have a workaround.

I was thinking of using the holt 4475 or 1375 which is designed for this size line.
I wanted to see what other peoples take was incase there was something better.

the holt is captive and placed in by hand so you should be fine and free wheeling on the steering with the smaller line.
