The challenge:
While standing lift one foot and make a circular motion to the right. While spinning your foot to the right, make a 6 in the air with your finger...

i did it.... its like playing drums or singing while playing intricate guitar parts..... the more u do of those "independence" type things, the easier
these exercises are, but i admit, it takes some concentration.....
