Central Texas 3-Day Weekend Get Together
After interest was expressed on the "West Texas" thread about having a get-together, I think it's only appropriate to see if anyone can meet up over
this three day weekend in a good old fashioned butt smackin' yippity doo da day Texas rendezvous. Anyone in? We can shoot our revolvers into the air
and fly kites while chasing Indians on horses, because that's what we do here in Texas :D
I suppose the location can be decided based on everyone's schedule. I myself would find it rather convenient if the meet-up was in the Austin area,
but I'm flexible.

You may be able to catch a free ride from Dallas to Austin.  IF Austin is the

The wind forecast for Sat and Sun here in Austin looks pretty decent for land stuff. I'll be at Zilker tomorrow and Sunday although there's a
possibility that Corpus might tempt me away on Sunday...

Zilker was half-decent last yesterday, but should be way better today. Me and one other kiter will be there around 11 or 12ish.

Done. Winds were killer. My bud and I had the bulk of the upper area to ourselves for the first 3hrs. I wish we had days like this more often.
