We've been down that path and it doesn't work with the BB software currently used as I recall. u2u is as close as it gets. Many of us are on skype,
and it is awesome for ongoing conversations along with audio and video calls with very good quality.

skype is good ... i prefer it when Dino keeps his Webcam OFF during chats though.
im guilty of walking away from a skype chat while in conversation from time to time
skype works on PC / MAC / Iphone / Android - I keep Beamerbob in my pocket all the time.
