I'm not too sure about wind range for a V16, but I bet you could get going in 8 mph, smiling at 15, and still holding it down at 25.

For me at 175 it's about 6-19 knots on the land
and about 11-22 knots on water.

The Venom1 series are one of the most stable Arcs and
they have a awesome top end.

It's a modified Venom that has skin tucks and a shortened internal strap; basically all the things that turn a Venom I into a Venom II. It turns
faster and flies more aggressively.  Loads of fun.
