All I can say is WOW! Wind was blowing 5-7mph. I flew the F-Arc 1600 (with new pigtails) and my friend Mike was on Big Blue. Surface was hard ice (as seen in my recent video posts).

I weigh 210lbs, Mike weighs 130lbs.

Mike's top speed today was 28mph. He was fairly powered and sometimes pulled off edge. Big Blue has a huge grunt factor but she doesn't carry a lot of speed.

My top speed today was 40mph. I was fairly powered most of the time and pulled overpowered twice in 10mph gusts. The F-Arc is very fast across the window. And has a suprising amount of depower.

I'll post video later. I can't believe how the 1600 flies. A total PITA on the ice but sick in the air!

Short footage. I especially like the shot when the wind shifts. It doesn't even look like a kite when it falls out of the sky.
