Hi been screwed up in computer and couldnt Log in, Venom 1 10m inspected: seems never torn, needs new sticks,top looks good,inner a few stains and 2 zippers were frozen when i got it so i sewed one in and a friends machine sewed the other.Does Not look Pro BUT FLIES!, I will make 2 fiberglass sticks and sell with a bag. OOPS! Looks like mdpminc is first dibbs on 10m Venom1. The Venom2 8m slammed on water twice. Personally feel its too twitchy in gusts and bought an 8mVortex. Anyway for those of you still interested it got Pro repaired for 2 mid inner seams and with shipping has cost me $200 STOOPID!!Shoulda just put the rag up for grabs. Anyway just wanna get my $200 back there is a repair needed on an inner strap(Wind fire didnt see) and that is why 200 as is, NOT a beginner kite, this is for advanced guy who can make sticks and small repairs and flies his kites well...Pretty purple white and black....Kite with Gianni in NYC...A Mark

Tell ya from my heart: If you plan to fly kites awhile and you have some time but not so much $. BUY a sewing machine! Bought a Singer Simple at Walmart for about $100,Sharp scissors pins and needles and 10 pound test Power Pro fishing line, thimbles. 2 weeks ago my Venom2 13m rubbed a piece of driftwood and tore 15 inches around inlet.Sewed it up first time ever to use machine...Flew fine! Saturday S%$# Winds tore my 15m Synergy half apart!Washed that night and hung on clothes line,Sunday Morn(yestrday) Sewed 6 feet of seams in hour and half? Took her to beach and did hour downwinder,,,,,Felt so proud of myself....people get on here and tell ya all the tricks they do, i am jealous i cant and maybe never will?....But you can get a sewing machine and learn to sew...And the beauty of foils again you dont hafta wait for the F%$#@&ng glue to dry....as soon as your done sewing and inspecting your work...Go Fly!! There is a small repair needed on Venom 2 8m but it is in NYC at my friend Giannis. Take it as is for $200 or wait and pay$275...If i was you guys buying used stuff...learn to repair; That repair only takes hand sewing...Buy the Power Pro ten pound test,needles,thimble,needle nose pliers and exacto knife or sharp scissors for $25,ten minutes of stitching and knotting in every working direction and you save lotsa time and $ to stay flying all the time and not miss that kite you needed on that day! Sewing is easy enough but you said something before about needing to repair the fiberglass sticks on the 8m venom, I don't even know what that means,

I have this same kite. I've only flown it once and that was static in 6 mph gusting to 20 so it was hair raising. Looking forward to seeing your results with it and to get some miles in with mine.

Glad you guys are happy. Those kites are fun but my 200 pounds with our winds were only good for learning and going downwind. My 15m Synergy today worked great, hardly watch her and she does what i tell her thru flings all over the window.
