YEZZZZZZZZZZ this is the kind of lake we want but ( yes there is a "but " ) it seems there is NO wind :puzzled: Wind is what we want !

lac des arc, does have snow on it, Idunno if it's solid yet though, minnewanka lake has a ton of Steam comin off of it, but being such a deep lake it takes a while to freeze solid, and sam ewith barrier lake ( the one in K country on route 40 ) Gusty in all of these locations and Sometimes the windspeeds on minnewanka reach over 100 kmh ..

It's cold out there now though, hasbeen under -20 C for the past 2 weeks, so stuff should be getting pretty solid... 3 more weeks of Cast on and then a month of physio and I should find myself on a frozen lake pulling ( likely straight downwind ) with my hydra 3.5, May have found a used montanna for 500 bucks... Just gotta find an extra 500 bucks.... Winter is here.. :)
