I'm new here and I'm from a small country in eastern Europe, Romania.
I'm interested in wind power usage. I have a 'new way' using a false power kite on the road with normal in line skates and a small kind of parachute but now interested in buying or home make a power kite for in line skates and building a big in line skates like Doomwheels! Need help in building a power kite and advice about this sport!

Well, I can help you with skate plans, but I think you will find it easier (and better) to buy a power kite rather than trying to make one yourself. This is even a difficult task for experienced kite builders.
