Looking for online Buggy Building Resources

Guys,

can somebody point me to any good resources on Buggy Building?
I have metalworking equipment and can do TIG welding but completely lacking on kite buggy knowledge.

Thanks,
Alex

I thought muttering to yourself was reserved for insuring that people don't stop you and ask you if you would like to take part in a survey. ;)
