PKD is comming to NABX 2010
I got an email from Roger at PKD today and he and Michael will be comming to NABX 2010. They will be bringing Dutch Team Rider Stefan Van Bommel to
break the OLD speed record, Combats rule. Should be a great time. Hope for great winds. :wee:

PKD Century Soulflys. NPW's. Nasa Stars.
A few other less flown oddballs,

It's a nice guy, also a bit mental, like us, but a good pilot, we are traveling with the 4 of us to the NABX next year from the Netherlands.
Going to be a great time, I am sure for that !,..let's pray for the same conditions as this year !! halleluja !:karate:

Hey Sailors,
I don't want to rain on the parade but let's be real.
The winds last year were unusual for nabx.
Not unusual for springtime in the desert, but the timing was special.
Spring can bring winds, true enough, but we've also had a heat wave.
We had so much rain one year, we almost floated away.
Ivanpah has been soft and damp and sent us scurrying to Roach.
My point is about our expectations.
I've found it prudent to attend nabx with the expectation of seeing many friends.
If the wind blows... we might also buggy.
I hope we don't have any disappointed, moody people if the conditions don't co-operate.
Earl (our local wind-gawd) knows what we want.
He simply doesn't care.
We are, after all, only humans.

Hi Corey,
I know, that's what they told us last year also, that it was very special, that we had so much wind......
We gone have a good time again, thats for sure !.
Let's hope for at least a couple of days of sandblasting winds .
