i want to hear obama on the tv say" the dept of interior has closed all parks and beaches to the general public indefinately......that is EXCEPT for people that power kite.... and in addition, because the power kiters clean up the environment and help keep our health costs low, i have decided to send out more stimulus checks to them.good power kiters of the great united states--your $3000 dollar checks are in the mail. and as your president, let me say it is an honor to reward these hard working american power kiters--they certainly deserve it--we now return you to your regularly scheduled program........
