ive been thinking of checking out fields by airports, and other wide open areas but if you know of any places besides the beach please do tell.

Try George Bush park, Hwy 6 and westhimer. I used the field across the road from the R/c airport.........aj

ohh ok , ive though of trying that place. how badly does the tree coverage mess up the winds.

Just had a great session at the bush park field man , i was flyin iin he field right next to the rc planes.

i parked in the soccer field parking lot across westheimer pky

those two take off circles for the rc planes are tons of fun to play on. No one seemed to mind either. i only got nervous one time when some one started flying this monster fighter jet that sounded like a real one so i decided to take off down the field. You can jump from one cement cicle to the other. Cant wait to go back; we need to plan a time to meet up in the afternoon when winds even out some.
