Also those ^ are the only/best wheels I can seem to find, but they are out of stock, I emailed the supplier to see if they will be getting any more in
sometime. Where else do you guys go for wheels?
If that one design wouldn't work. How do you think getting something like these frames would work with sticking them on my rollerblade boot.
I've experimented with a bunch of different skate options too. I'm selling a frame and wheel set that would work for what you are trying to do. For
$150 plus shipping I've got a nice Powerslide Metropolis SUV frame and wheel set that are near new and cost me $300. These will work with your
Rollerblade boots. The frames are high quality CNC'ed aluminum and the wheels are pneumatic (inflated) with good bearings sized 125x25mm.
For getting pulled around by a kite these will work well on a soccer field provided the grass isn't too long or too lush.
IMHO there are trade offs with different skate types. Basically, there are "wheels under" and "wheels of doom" designs. Wheels Under - more
maneuverable but more challenging to set a hard straight tack. Wheels of Doom - less maneuverable but easier to tack. You can carve turns with wheels
under and you need to step your turns with wheels of doom. hiaguy - 22-4-2017 at 07:47 AM
