Great day on the lake today, winds were 18-24, ice was thick, snow was thicker, nice layer of fresh powder from the storm earlier this week.

Nice. I'm assuming that was the 7m MIII you were on (I'm not up on my montana graphics but it looked like a nice ride).bobalooie57 - 9-1-2011 at 08:30 PM
Yeah! Nice video, I especially liked the 'exhaustion' shot. I could get one of myself like that after just setting up my kite!ripsessionkites - 9-1-2011 at 10:20 PM

next few weeks can we say 12-20inches of powder. Not much I know but it'll be better than I last rode. Rip it looks like you guys are in for a bunch
of the fluffy stuff this week. Hope it happens for ya.But man I'm glad I don't have to shovel that. A shovel full of that stuff is like 5 of
ours.:evil:Feyd - 10-1-2011 at 04:53 AM
What the hell? More of that white stuff!
Who do we need to hassle to get some white stuff here?

Thanks guys, the snow was just awesome, perfect depth and consistency to just float, but enough substance to blast upwind as you please, best snow

To B-roc, that was the 9.5m Montana IV, perfect power for my plus sizzedness in those conditions, great kite.Todd - 10-1-2011 at 06:38 AM

dang i'm jealous, I like when videos are first person perspective like that. It makes you feel like you are the one flying when you are only watching
the vidsnowspider - 11-1-2011 at 09:36 AM

Yeah kash, come out with us next time and you'll learn a lot and have some fun in the process. I'll let you know when we go out next, better yet,
come up to the tug hill kite fest this weekend, they'll be giving lessons and everything.bobalooie57 - 11-1-2011 at 11:04 AM
Erm..., actual lessons will be arranged through Zeb's website/phone ahead. Trainer kite flights will be offered by myself and a few other locals to
interested parties that register for the event. But everyone is welcome for sure!shehatesmyhobbies - 13-1-2011 at 06:50 PM

ps does anyone snowkite with a sled when they get bored?thanson2001ok - 20-1-2011 at 10:51 PM
Nice vid. You didn't cut the wipe outs. I like that.snowspider - 21-1-2011 at 08:17 AM
CJ Kiting with a sled are you kidding I'm inventing the sport.
Google the "rocket" $ 100 kneel and lean to steer.
Snowboogie makes a similar black blow molded kneel and lean to steer ,$ 35 , I own 3, best sled I've ever owned and I have tried or owned almost
everykind of sled ever made!
Either one of these is guaranteed fun!.
