Excuse me.
I do not need, nor do I appreciate, your imposing your religious views in this forum.
They may be your belief and solace.
What determines that your way is superior to my way?
Just a bit over-reaching and imperious an attitude.
Perhaps showing a bit more respect for those different from you would demonstrate the true spirit you claim to possess.

Please keep your belief systems personal.
This is not the place to impose your views.

Have anything to say about kites and/or buggies?

haha, good one kent.
I wonder how many forums a day guest 2714 visits to spread their "word" in places it doesnt belong. One post wonders, sheesh.... Befire you post, please read the rules

1) PKF is intended purely as a power kiting/kite traction sports information forum and knowledge base. Please only post threads related to the various forms of kite traction sports. Refrain from off-topic postings such as political, religious or romantic subjects.
2) DO NOT CROSS POST! Pick the single most appropriate forum and post your threads there. Duplications will be removed.
7) Spammers and flamers will have their threads removed, membership terminated and IP address banned immediately and without notice.

When most people skim rules, they at least see the first and last ones, both which apply to you.
I'll say it again. Does Jesus like to kite-buggy? If so it's relevant.

Cameron, It may interest you to know that the buggy community will be gathering tonight at the main white tent on Ivanpah to discuss the future of NABX. Would be a good chance to meet us and gain some insight to what we do and what we are about and also introduce yourself and your views. I am sure some of us might even agree with you. Hope to see you there

P.S. Not to sure, but you MAY have to pay the $25 guest registration fee, though I am no authoritive figure in the matter.

Well, for future refrence, when you post to every forum on a site, it is quickly considered spam. The general forum will usually get you what you need to know.

What exactly are you advertising with this commerical? If your looking for a cinematiclly beautiful kiteboarding location, look for people kiting cranberry farms.

If you want snowkiters, I'd suggest heading up to the Ozone Base Camp tour events. You can read more onWindzups website.

Welcome to the forum! Before you get big air let's talk about you. How long have you been flying? Is this your first kite? How have you been trying to get big air? flying static? On a bord or buggy? Water maybe. No- one on here will help without knowing some or all these Questions. Thanks.

I don't know how Sabers are for lift that may be the problem why don't you try a liftier kite?

I thought I didn't know how to jump till I flew the blade 6.5. Then I realized how easy and controllable it was. After that, I found that the Crossfire was nearly as lifty even at 5 meters. I can jump with either one if there is some wind blowing. I'm not sure I could explain how it works for me in words though. I'd heard it explained a dozen different ways but didn't get it till I just tried it one day with the blade. Handling plus lift plus float. Now thats fun right there!

With a depower kite you will really get more performance out of it while moving on a board or buggy. You just need some wind and really send the kite in the other direction hard [remember to redirect after]. At 100lbs you should be able to get good air and reasonable float out of the Sabre. The Sabres have good lift/float so it is all a matter of experience and trial.

The faster you are moving on the board, the more likely you are to go higher. Try to keep a good edge/hold against the kite to keep a lot of tension on the lines while jumping and with practice you can learn to get real high

I have had my 8m Ace for 6 months now and I am just starting to get 10' jumps, just keep doing it, and it really helps if you go all out, don't do it half assed, really run and really jump!!!! :D

the 5m will take a decent amount of wind to get lifting you, 25mphish, i used a 7m for a while and i was riding that in 22mph and boosting huge, was amazing...

+ everything that baluk and everyone else has said is great advice as usual , and it will be much nicer on a board where you can load up power, after all, you can only run so fast in one direction, on a board you can rack up 20 odd mph and then whip it back the other way, then it will give you a jump (and probably a kiteloop :) be careful!)

What size bar did you have on the 5m? How was the turning speed? I have a 9.5m Sabre2 with the 54cm bar. Sometimes it is a little slow on the turns, yeah its a big kite, but... I thought about trying a 60cm bar on it. I am in the market for a 5m and was considering putting the 54cm bar to help with turning speed.
