Cooper Kites?
Just curious. Anyone had any experience with Coopers?

Popeyes was a team rider for Cooper.
Appex buggy, Libre hardcore buggies.
Flexboardz. Blokarts.
PKD Century Soulflys. NPW's. Nasa Stars.
A few other less flown oddballs,
Line sets from 10" to 328" or 2m to 100m.
worlds only AQR that works.
North American distributor for PKD.

That's it? Well...no worries. I just see them popping up now and again. And I like their color scheme. What merely curious as to quality and
performance.

Cooper kites are a pretty good value prices race kite.
They can be a little twitchy in gusty winds but if you can get them for a decent price and you like the look of them, they are a good kite.
Some of the guys in SWATK UK had sets of them and raced competitively.
They are certainly no PL Vapor but they are fast.
The build quality is as good as you get on most of the top manufacturers.
If you are looking for an entry race kite then they will fit the bill.
See if there are any of the Cross kites Sonic going cheap. They are pretty much a Vapor for less money.
Other than that go for a de-power race kite. The V1 Chronos and R1's can be picked up for a bargain.

Thanks Slapbasswoody. I'm not really in the market. I just had never seen them before until recently. I did see an entire quiver for sale for like 700
euros. It seemed pretty cheap for so much sail. I was just curious as to the quality and performance. So fare I'm pretty happy with my PKD Century's.

Blitz, I would say the century is a bit above the cooper kites.
I've had to work on a few of the coopers to get them to fly, mostly bridle issues. They are a race kite as said earlier. Ok kite in my book. If you
can get them for a great price they would be a good deal. Still a bit leery about the way that the bridal is put together and whether the kite is
flyable as it is being sold by the last person who might not of been able to get it to fly.
I do like the simple colors-design.

I have 2!
The 3.3 meter can be a little twitchy in gusty winds. Having said that I did fly it a lot at Ivanpah...
The 5.6 is a great kite. She pulls hard. 
They are more like some of the old school race kites.
I'm guessing there are less than 10 cooper's in north america... and they haven't been made for quite a while.
