it still hurts like a beetch but I'm nearly back to fitness now. just need to do more boarding to build the right muscles up again.

I did it in May last year so the tendon has healed now but its taken ages to rebuild the wasted muscles. plus I didn't want to rush getting back on a
board when I could have as much fun in a buggy anyway!!
