I live in Green Bay, WI and have a buggy This state is terrible for buggy
locations or I think more of us would be doing it. Water is pretty much where it's at in this state. There is a sizable community of kiters in the
Madison area if that helps any. Don't think any of them buggy either but it wouldn't hurt to ask. Your always free to give my buggy a spin if you
ever find your way to the Green Bay area.
