this is what they do in Holland, this would help police the beaches here. good idea. we'd have a policy to use the beaches in a safe way too.

Yeah a good idea and a bad idea too ... the old theory of "If you don't ask, they can't say no" seems to hold quite nicely here.
A good idea though cos then we could tell people to get their stupid kids out of the way etc etc ...

So, Wow, signs in German can do all that? at least pictures seem to show that kites are ok. Might be a good idea for washington though since kites are not allowed on the beaches. Once they start some good signs might go a long way towards avoiding any incidents.
