Deleting U2U's
I've had this problem before, but now it won't go away. I select a message, select delete, click submit changes and then there are no messages in my
trash folder. Has anyone else had this problem before? Is this just a software glitch?

No problems here. I just deleted a few old messages and everythings working tip top over here.
I would suggest clearing the history/cache and cookies and then trying again.

I often have the same problem
my work around is to empty the trash first, or it still not working then deleting the message one by one while reading it

If you only want to delete one you need to open the message and delete it from inside the message at the bottom by where you would select reply.
If you are deleting more than one you should be able to select the messages you want to delete and delete them all together.
