Hello All,
Any suggestions on how to repair or where to purchase a new donkey dick for a Flysurfer Psycho 3. Please excuse the language.;-)
Cheers

bump for PZ repairs... he resuscitated my pulse from an amazing and tragic accident. I am sure the chickenloop repair would be great, too.

On one of my Flysurfers I'm using a North Iron Heart safety system. The Donekey D broke and I'm trying to repair it. Does anybody know what type of
tubing I should buy (and where from), what type of material goes inside the tubing and what type of sewing thread I need to attach it to the chicken
loop? The safety system looks like this:
Thank you

I could be wrong here but I think that dgKid was wondering if you do repairs on kites other than Flysurfer.
I think the answer to that is Yes, John will repair other kites?

My interpretation from John's answer was that his "yes" was regarding the question "Hate to Hijack but do you (Powerzone) specialize only on Flysurfer
repairs?"...

When I made my own chicken loop I just used a piece of rope with sewn into a piece of vinyl tubing with a sewing awl and made a loop to attach to
either the spreader bar or the chicken loop. It worked really well. initially I just put a knot at the end of the rope to keep the tubing on but it
made it difficult to use it.

Ozone and Flexifoil sell a replacement chicken loop lock separately that attached to the spreader bar.
The Flexifoil one might be harder to obtain because of the dealer network, but you might want to check with Kent about the Ozone one.
