#1 obviously too large of a kite for the person to handle in those winds
#2 HE'S HOOKED IN!
#3 oh, I just realized also has himself tethered to the other guy... Just too many things wrong in that pic

I don't think it was a very big kite. Look at the shadow zipping back and forth across the sand. Just too much wind for even a little kite, strop in
