Ok, what do you take out to plan for 25-35 and gusts to 60? There isn't a kite for that is there? Maybe the bag my beamer came in? Nah, that's too

Last year at nabx the winds were 40 in the morning and 50 in the evening one day. I flew a npw5 0.8 that morning and it was too big for the 50 mpn
winds that evening and that was on handles. Go small or go home.

I would go with the 4M and since its a south wind you should have... what ...13 miles to recover before you get to the Columbia. :wee: That bit might
get a little nasty, but by the time you get to Cape Disappointment at least you
have a place to land the kite against!!! csa_deadon - 3-10-2008 at 03:22 PM

What are you waiting for? Get out in the #@%$#!e! I love the ocean in those conditions. I wish i lived by the Ocean. and then still would not have the
donuts to get out in it. Good luck with a 4m in those conditions to do that you must have at least a dozen donuts:Dart_lessing - 7-10-2008 at 02:18 PM

geezzziss, the other day I helped Discover paragliding host 20 red bull reps for tandem paragliding and buggy rides...the day started off raining but
when the ceiling lifted it brought 20mph sw winds...so the tandems PG flights were pretty wild, and I got to pull about 15 people with my 5m haka on
tandem buggies...One person said slow down, and another passenger that wanted me to push it, well, lets just say he scored his first OBE, that is what
I get for hitching a FLexi buggy as a trailer...and thats what he gets for asking for more....lol...a roll over at 25mphSthrasher38 - 11-10-2008 at 09:49 AM
:eekdrull: Eli, You dumped him? I hope he is ok. Let the good times roll.USA_Eli_A - 11-10-2008 at 10:53 AM

A relationship with Red Bull can be very valuable ! As long as you keep them alive.
