I just broke the very end cap of a pair of flexi handles... at the break (no pun intended) line attachment above the end cap. Has anybody tried to fix
em?

You can cut them and drill new holes or get a new set. You might try to contact flexi and if they R new they should replace it for You.

are they black or grey?
I know there were problems with the black ones.
I also recommend you take a picture and send to flexi. My guess is you'll get a new set.

Used ones so they are older, but they are black. I am in the process of making new wooden ones but they are still in process.

No actually laminated ash, cold moulded. I have the ash strips and have bit for the form for the shaping but just have not had the time to put into it
yet. Too much time on the lines under the kite.
It is much stronger to laminate
them, they have long grain. I was thinking an oblong profile something 'ergonomically correct' (I am so proud of myself it only took 2 tries to get
close enough to the correct spelling that the dictionary figured out what I was trying to spell :duh: ) The problem being how to make the lines neat
and tidy... I can't easily tie a knot on the inside of the handle... any Ideas???

I broke a gray set of Flexi handles. Handled by warranty quickly by Flexi and Coastal Wind Sports.
