Well folks, it truly pains me to have to type this out. The Spring Wildwood Buggy Bash has been officially cancelled. I just received an email
advising that we cancel the event by the powers that be. This is in fact due to Covid-19 and NJ's current action plan to fight the spread of the
virus. A new policy of no gatherings of more than 10 people, closing of restaurants, bars, and other businesses for entertainment purposes, other than
delivery or curbside service. An 8 Pm curfew has also been put into place. I guess in the end it's safer for all of us.
While it saddens me, it almost wouldn't have felt right to carry on with all this going on. So many wouldn't have been able to make it due to the
circumstances. Our Canadian friends would definitely not be here as well as many other locals. Yes, no matter how large or small our group is, we are
family, but when so many are missing, it wouldn't have felt like it always does.
With that being said, October won't be far away and we can all do our part to make sure it happens. Until then, e safe, stay healthy, wash your hands
( and the rest of you too) and enjoy the extra time with your home family. Get out and kite if you can, don't want you guys and gals getting too
rusty on me.
As stated before, you can call Shalimar and get a refund or simply book your room for the October event which is slated for Oct 12-18. If you have any
problems, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Rich, thanks for the update.
It is sad 
We will miss all of you. But being safe, staying healthy and not being part of the problem is best.

Well, I'm equally bummed that the 'Bash is canceled even though I couldn't be there this time.
The good news is that it's only 208 Days Until WBB Fall
2020!
Be there from October 12th to 18th!
