Went skiing at yesterday and was told a few days ago it blew 150+ at the top of the peak chairlift we were riding up
I searched and found a wind graph. Impressive, so I thought I would share it with my fellow wind junkies

Up at crystal mt. My favorite place to board and build snow caves. It does blow up there.
Where was the camera mounted? Tell me it was his knee.
Can you imagine eating lunch at the restaurant when the wind was that high? More than likely they closed the top because of the wind. I bet it was the

The ski area has given permission in the past which is very cool! They shot a cool 360Video too, where you can move your mouse on the screen and see

The wind graph looked unusual to me with so much higher gust speeds spiking almost periodically 2-3 minutes. I think the strong Pineapple Express winds hit Mount Rainier first and may add turbulence to the wind that hits Crystal Mountainbigkid - 1-21-2017 at 11:05 PM
Yep, the good ol pineapple exspress. Mt Rainier can creat some nasty winds.
It's better than the cold coming down out of the Frazier river. I'm beginning to hate the cold. If he'll wasn't so hot Year round it might be a good
place to spend the winter months.
