I don't know if any western NY folks have ever tried to buggy at Bennett Beach, near Angola on the Lake. I've been to L. Erie S.P., Evangola S.P.,
and Point Gratiot Park, and have so far been disappointed. I'm going to Bennett Beach tomorrow afternoon, to give it a try. Forecast is for west
wind, 13-17 mph. Going to try to be there around 1:00pm, and will stay as long as things are good.(Well, 'til 5 or so, anyway)

Wish I could swing that today! We'll have to get out soon. I know locals wind surf and water launch out there on proper winds but they aren't to
concerned with actual beach conditions. Let us know how it works.

Well, I got up today, cold and damp outside, arthritic hip screaming. Checked the wind forecast through NOAA, and it has changed since last night,
dropped off to around 10mph, so I think I'm going to wait and try it tomorrow, supposed to be cool but sunny with west wind in the mid-high teens.
Would love to meet up, at least to discuss locations. What has looked promising on google maps so far hasn't panned out for me, but I'm limited to
just the Comp Std buggy, have to rig a new way to transport the Big Foot.

Wow, do you ride on the side with the soccer fields/ball diamonds, or by the blue basketball court? Either way, it looks like a great spot.
I'll still probably try Bennett Beach tomorrow, and will let you know how that goes.

I went to Bennett Beach today. Wind started out WSW which is almost on shore, at about 15 ish. I rode for about 2 hours, and as I was riding, the
wind picked up and came more out of the south, making the upwind run a bit of a slog. It wouldn't have been a problem, but I didn't have my harness
with me, so had to take all that side pull on my arms, so I tired quickly. I didn't have my gps or video camera, either, but got a few still shots.
