In the few hours since I posted the new links to JIBE under the "JIBE 2014 Announcements..." thread, I have made a major change insomuch as JIBE is
now an event sanctioned by the North American Power Kite Association (NAPKA). I have removed all registration links and replaced them with links to
napka.org
Because there were 28 views since I posted I thought it warranted a new post to make sure everybody here knew.
What this means if you do not know is that you do not have to pay me for registration for JIBE. Instead, you simply join NAPKA for $40 and that
covers you not only for JIBE, but also for any other NAPKA event in North America during the year.
There is still a registration procedure, just to let me know you are coming. You do that at Napka.org under "Upcoming events" and then select JIBE
2014, then click "register for event" it takes just a few mouse clicks.
It is possible to join NAPKA at JIBE, but doing so ahead of time saves hassle at the event and gives you (and me) more time to buggy. Just bring your
numbers and helmet wit the rest of the gear. I'll have equipment to make numbers on site but they will likely look pretty red-neck. ;-)
