It doesn't look like this kite is going to beat my 18m Phantom in low wind by enough to fit my quiver .
The kite has had the pulleys replaced with Ronstan . It has a limiter installed between A and B lines . I am not certain how well it works and it can
be easily removed. The kite has no rips or repairs . Closed cell depower.
Comes with Large Caution ( 70cm ? ) 4 line bar converted to 5 line bar with all new lines. Very old safety leash. Pansh stuff sack . ( 2 inch tear in
stuff sack )
The kite is RTF but I think it can be set up a bit better ?
