Hey Guys does any one here have any recommendations on electric winches that you can set drag on that have a relatively quick pull in?
Almost border line what they are using to do with the kite generators.

Without knowing further details, you might want to look at something like an AIR TS-3AW electric winch. It's used for lofting and bringing down
weather balloons.
But kites is exactly what this gentleman is using them for.
