Peter Lynn Twister

Whats changed in the new Peter Lynn Twister besides the .1m reduction and higher price? Is it worth forking out the extra money for the 2013?

Biggest changes is that they have increased the aspect ratio. It's faster, more lift ... and a touch less stable.

The spec numbers for the IIr (previous model) can be found here:

Do not trust some of the numbers currently posted on dealer sites for the Twister III. On a lot of sites, they have just been cut and pasted from last year.

Not seeing the numbers on the PL site yet, so -mj- is probably going to be the best source for them.

I found the IIr for $395 or the III for $440. Do you think it's worth the extra $45?

Why not try the voltage? I was thinking about getting the voltage to try it out, but scored some used twisters on here instead.

I think I'm going to buy the Twister 5.5 first and then the Voltage in a larger size later so I don't have to buy handles for the Voltage.
