Hey guys,
Three separate questions, but I'll do it in one post, save spamming the forum.
I'll also try and keep it as short as possible.
1- The top hat safety on my '08 frenzy is a bit 'sticky' for lack of a better word. I can pull the safety fine, but the pin doesn't actually release
until I knock it with my hand. It hasn't been a problem yet, but wanna get it sorted before it does. Is there something I can do to fix this ?
2- Again RE my '08 frenzy I'm wondering about the hand brake strap. I assumed it would be comparable to the brakes on a FB, as in; pull them to back
stall and land the kite. but this isn't the case. Pulling the strap powers the kite, just like pulling in the bar.
Is the strap just there for reverse launching the kite ?
At the moment to land the kite I've been using the (sticky) top hat safety release, but I don't imagine its good for the system...
3- RE My Samurai II 5m, which I use on my turbo bar.
The kite luffs constantly. Its so frustrating ! Basicly at the bottom of the sine wave movement, just as the kite is turning back up the bottom end
will luff, fold up, and cause the kit to loose the majority of its power. Its only started to do this recently. I've tried fiddling/ trimming with the
brakes no end, but cant seem to sort it. I checked the bridles, and line lengths and they're all okay as far as I can tell. There was a little bit of
sand inside the kite, but I really don't think it would be enough to cause the problem !
Any ideas on what to check next ??
Thanks
