It's been far too long since I've been on the landboard... recently I sold my 16M Scorpion and 13M Venom to Adam to have some money on hand, since I
am now a broke college student. But it's springtime here in Lubbock Texas and the weather is absolutely gorgeous. I've been bitten by the bug, and I'm
desperate to get out and ride. But first... I need a kite. Time to save up a few paychecks. The wind out here is pretty smooth, much smoother than
what I am used to at home, so that opens up my horizons as far as kite possibilities go.
That said, I'd like to try something different than an ARC this time around. Maybe a Montana, or this bad boy I found on eBay today...

The reason I am considering this kite in particular is I like the riding characteristics, I don't really care about low end power, and as far as LEIs
go Liquid Force kites are pretty much indestructible. I'd still like to get some opinions on it, though. But for $400 it seems like a pretty good
deal. I'm a very light rider so 9 meters will go a long way.
It says it has some leaking valves, but comes with a set of brand new bladders. Would replacing the bladders fix this? I'm not completely familiar
with blimps.

Seems like a good deal if it's a newer model. Any idea what year that's from?
Also, make sure you check out ikitesurf.com and nwkite.com. Both have great deals on SLE/LEIs. If nothing else, use them for comparison. I bought
two Cabrinha Switchblade LEIs off a guy (2008 6m and 2007 8m) RTF with bags for between $300 and $400. Older kites, but TWO of them + all the
goodies!
