Bought this kite for use in a middle school program and never ended up using it. Has been out of the pack once but is brand new otherwise. I haven't
even attached the lines.
Comes RTF with PL handles lines and kite killers.

Buyer pays shipping. She packs down small so shipping should be relatively cheap.
