I've got short lines on my 2.6 Viper , now you have encouraged me to try no lines on it! In the park where I fly a lot , there is 2miles of paved biking/rollerblade trail along side of a lake which occationaly has smooth winds coming across. Should be intresting!

just watched your skiting under the bridge , those spikey railings really are a hazard to the urban thrill seeker.

There are a few skaters/land boarders around Australia, george would probably be the best skater....... See here http://vimeo.com/42437814

I haven't seen those small skates though anywhere down here in Victoria, interesting variation on a theme.

We can usually manage to get a boarder or two going with us on a trip, but yes there's not a huge amount of them around.

I tried "no lines" on my 2.6 viper this weekend in the park and on a section of 4 lane highway they close to traffic on sundays. It would inflate and fly but even in 15-30mph it would develope very little pull and any amount of upwind interference (small bushes ,tall weeds) would create a long wind shadow(or whatever you might call it 6' off the ground). Scared the bejeezus out of me to have roller blades on while testing it out but in the end it barely worked. I may try it again this winter on the ice if the ice is smooth and the wind are howling!

This is the correct and proper way we do it in Aussie,
with myself on blades followed by Goshen on a landboard.

More of this Vid coming soon
