Had my first kite session of the year yesterday. Wind was blowing 30+, had my 8m catalyst up with probably 4-5 waves. Had the entire beach to myself
(one person on shore with a metal detector). Felt real rusty. Only lasted 2.5 hours, I really need to get back into shape badly. Super pumped to be
back out there again, let the games begin.

Few perfect warm days for kiteboarding this week ...... too bad I have tons of work ,,,.... Its so nice when beach is crowd free ..... be safe
and have fun .....
I be probably coming on Sunday to Brooklyn for a session since SW is no good at my local spot .....

... 2.5 hours :o lucky!
Had my 12th of the year this morning :D admittedly, 5 of those were in NZ - which is supposedly in the throes of summer... but it was a good one too!
Gusty as hell - 12 to 28 knots :o but I got one frickin' epic jump in (among all the lame ones) so I'm pretty happy...
They were filming a drama on our beach too 
I was the only kiter so no problems I
guess and they didn't make a fuss about keeping me out of shot, except when I was coming in to pack up. So if you see a Japanese drama with a big fat
kiter in the background or hear "Ohhh craaaaaaap!" on the soundtrack... it's probably me

I once had session and a newly wed couple were shooting some pictures on the beach, a few minutes into the session I notice the photographer trying to
line up some shots with me in the background, always wondered how they came out.
