Any 12 or 15m 18m phantoms out there?

flyjump - 25-2-2012 at 09:24 PM

I know a few of you are probably going to sell your phantoms soon since the phantomII's are going to be released. I'm wanting to test an old phantom back to back with a new one. I havn't flown a 15m phantom in two years so I need ride one again so I can make a good comparison.

If you are interested in selling one to me please send me a u2u, thanks guys!

If you wanna stop by my neck of the woods, say around the 3rd week of march you can give both my 12/15 a try! I'm not selling them!

BeamerBob - 25-2-2012 at 11:09 PM

I do remember the huge amount of bar pressure. Thankd for the thkught guys, but still no takers yet

I've had Epic times with the 12 and 18 so far (both at Treasure Island).

No magic yet with my 15(s) so far, (or big jumps w/ any kite - despite watching THIS over and over again... )

(hey any excuse to post this again!) :smug:

What does CTB stand for? But I believe I'm the proud owner of that one now! Not really looking to get rid of it though =/ sorry.

CTB = Carl the Bullet... :dunno:

lad that was the second kite video i ever watched. i only get a couple days a year of clean wind that's strong enough to go that big......that's what i live for! The old 15m phantom i had in 2009 took be about 16feet in the air and i was hooked.

count down two weeks to my trip, any old phantoms out there that people want to sell so they can have some cash for the new phantoms?

Anybody out there?

macboy - 4-3-2012 at 04:52 PM

Offer still stands for the swap ; )

Okay, I'm kidding. I'm hanging onto these bad boys for the graphic after seeing the new ones. It's "just a kite" IMO. Speaking of which....might be time to unroll the Bomba again.

cheezycheese - 4-3-2012 at 04:54 PM

Adam, if you are coming to WW, you can fly all of mine... :Ange09: maybe at once...:Ange09:

flyjump - 4-3-2012 at 05:29 PM

cheezy unfortuantly i can't make it to wildwood this spring, have to many other trips planned so far

pbc - 4-3-2012 at 07:42 PM

Adam,

I'll bring my 15m to Jekyll on the 23rd. If you want borrow it for a while to have your fun that's fine with me. I'll still have 3 Scorps to keep me busy.

I'll have a pile of Phannys I hope to bring to JI as well.
If you buy them all from me, then maybe I could _almost_ afford one, new Phanny II!;)

ripsessionkites - 5-3-2012 at 02:03 AM

why bother with old one when you have the new coming to you

come to NABX and see all the old vs new go at it
