My friend here in town made one of these. OKCKITEGUY is his screen name I think. He let me try it. It worked well.BeamerBob - 15-11-2011 at 11:06 AM
The first picture is of Angus in his yard and is from the Coastal Wind Sports site. No credit given for the pic so it would seem permission wasn't
requested. The project looks like it has possibilities. The contraption looks somewhat bulky with places to catch a line. I'd like to see a video
of it in use.indigo_wolf - 15-11-2011 at 11:48 AM

Given the state of the end loops on the spreader bar (not finished enough to prevent chewing through straps, I would say that most of the pics were of
a proto. I don't think it is as bulky as the pictures would make it seem, but I would definitely rethink the trip bar on the top. It's just hanging
out in the wind when deployed.
Some judicious rounding off of corners and countersinking of connectors would get rid of a lot of snag points.
In either case, definite for thinking outside the box.

Looks to bulky and way to many hard points to hurt yourself on when landing on it, just my opinion
