The results of the JIBE Raffle are in, with tickets drawn by my wife Joan.
First thanks to Peter Lynn and HQ Kites USA for assisting me with putting together the purse of prizes. Thanks also for the participants who invested
heavily, knowing that 100% of the proceeds were going to the GA Sea Turtle Center.
Drewculous gets the PL Viper 5.3, some HQ sunglasses, a pL wool cap, and a Scorpion Shirt.
PoKiteTrash gets the HQ Crossfire II 3.0, plus a PL cap and HQ sunglasses
Alex from JAX gets the PKD
Todd gets the body armor set
Ted McKibben from ME gets the PL wind sock
Mougl gets the PL Vibe 1.6 2-line foil, plus a ground stake, sunglasses and someTearAid
more distributions were made of the sunglasses and stakes to various participants, including some who did not attend but for whom tickets were
purchased by proxy.
This all netted $300 for the Turtle Center, in addition to the portion from the registration, which will be computed when I close the books for JIBE
2010 later this week.

Just unboxed my viper! Its #@%$#!ty! And, to my amazement, the pl beanie fits my dome! :wee: when you dont have hair, beanies are your freind! The
glasses and shirt are equally great lol! Now I need to find a scorpion to go with the shirt.....
