any one Having trouble with the Typhoon MKII Wide tyres binding on the inside of the front forks where the foot pegs poke through ?. the wide tyres
suplied with mine had flexifoil on the box ?.

Howdy,
The simplest solution is to ditch the x-wide front tire in favor of a rounded shoulder, treaded 4.80x4 tire.
If your front fork follows the PL tradition of angle, the tire rolls up on its shoulder when turning.
Having a wide, flat profile tire in front removes most of the tire from contact in the turn.
X-wide tires give most benefit as added traction in the rear without the bulk of an x-wide axle.
Running on grass or on the beach?
Leaning forward in the turns shifts center of balance forward helping the front tire to grip.
