Agreed in principle. I have discovered after the fact that I was standing beside someone I'd have liked to meet and talk to, but didn't know. Popeye
was gracious enough to bring me a tshirt with "BeamerBob" on it and I got asked more than a dozen times "so you're BeamerBob?" They didn't know

Good Idea. For JIBE I will look at pin-on tags. I think stick on would come off in the summer sun and sweat, and lanyards around the neck are an

Some thoughts on name tags.
they only seem to work when you are not really doing anything.
For me, they always get in the way of kite flying.
I'm not opposed to putting your 'handle' on the plate though, although that's going to require a redesign and we'll have to run that by the redesign
department, who consults with the art department who likes to do everything on the way out the door to the next nabx.
I wish everyone just used their name, but that's just me. . .

name tags sux ... we can be more creative than that. also name tags cards would also require more work for the NABX Team, as the plates arent enough
work already. i cant remember if we did those mini cards, because I only had enough patience do to the buggy plates before wanting dinner.
not to forget that those name tags arent only stick for one time use.
if you're not known its because you dont come out to nabx enough ... meaning you need to attend this event annually. hehehe

The nametag on the buggy would be nice too. When everyone gears up with helmet and goggles and stuff, you can't tell who's messing with you. In camp
it would be nice when you are standing beside someone you don't know or don't remember meeting. Maybe some new shirts for us with names on them or

ahhh someone is looking at the detail - got about 2/3 the way down typing names and was taking too long looking through board names so I duped it for
