Hi there,
can someone please explain what the following terms actually mean..
"kite only" -
"complete kite" -
any help is appreciated,

Usually,
Kite only = kite & bridle
Complete kite = kite, bridle, lines, & handles/bar or "RTF" ready to fly

kite only = just the sail. (requires some knowledge about setup)
complete/ RTF(ready to fly) = includes bar/lines with sail.
always ask and clarify if any doubt

Don't forget the bag. Lots of times, kite only will include the original carry bag, but not always. For PL arcs, kite only would usually include
spars unless mentioned that they aren't included.
